• Reservations must be booked 72-hrs in advance of rental request

• Rental Fee: Residents - $94/hr; Non-Residents - $98/hr
• Refundable Deposit: $150
• Discounts available for 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 organizations with proper documentation.
• Four (4) hour minimum rental unless renter is a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 organization with proper documentation.
• This room is to be used for meetings and presentations only. All visuals must be on easels/projection screen, no tape, hooks or other decorations may be placed on walls.
• Room Capacity: 90 • Parking Capacity: ~80, including handicap, motorcycle and compact designated spaces
• Rental reserves exclusive access to upstairs conference room and east vestibule space. Rental does not guarantee access to the balcony.
• Amenities include: Small ice machine, refrigerator, microwave, use of any chairs/tables in the room's storage closet.
